New online directory helps Florida’s Haitian community find lawyers who speak their language, with expansion planned nationwide
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 15, 2026 / Haitian Lawyers Network today announced the launch of its bilingual legal directory, a free-to-search platform built to help Haitian and Haitian Creole-speaking individuals across Florida find attorneys who can serve them in their own language.
The directory, available at HaitianLawyersNetwork.com, addresses a gap that has long affected Florida’s Haitian community: the difficulty of finding legal representation without a language or cultural barrier. Users can search for attorneys by practice area and location, and identify lawyers and firms through three badge types: Speaks Creole, Creole Speaking Staff, and Haitian Community Friendly.
“Too many people in our community put off getting legal help because they weren’t sure they could find a lawyer who understood their language or their situation,” said the Haitian Lawyers Network. “This directory gives them a starting point they can trust, and it gives attorneys who already serve this community a way to be found by the people who need them most.”
Haitian Lawyers Network is launching in Florida, home to one of the largest Haitian communities in the United States, with plans to expand the directory to additional states in the years ahead.
Haitian Lawyers Network is inviting attorneys and firms who serve Florida’s Haitian community to claim their profile on the directory. As part of its launch, the organization is offering a founding member rate of $29 per month for life, no exceptions, capped at 25 attorneys statewide.
