B&M Electric’s Ensenada Home Build Inspires Community Engagement

Recently, Charles Vargas, the Founder and CEO, collaborated with Prosperity Homes and members of his business coaching group, Giving Business Soul, to construct a home for a family in need in Ensenada, Mexico. The dedicated team successfully completed the home in just three days, from December 6 to 8, and on Sunday, they visited a nearby migrant farmworker camp to distribute food, clothing, and support.

Countless memories,” remarked Charles Vargas, Founder and CEO of B&M Electric. “This endeavor was not solely about erecting a structure; it was about fostering hope, dignity, and opportunity. Witnessing the struggles faced by many hardworking families was both humbling and a strong reminder of the importance of service in the larger context.”
During their visit to the camp on Sunday, December 7, the group interacted with families enduring difficult circumstances and provided pizza, groceries, clothing, and essential items. “We are thankful for the opportunity to arrive with open hands and open hearts,” Vargas expressed. “We came to give, and we departed inspired to do even more.”
The Ensenada project highlights philanthropy as a fundamental principle of B&M Electric and exemplifies the company’s ongoing dedication to utilizing its time, skills, and resources to create a meaningful impact-both locally and internationally.
